“Val Heaven” was made in 2021, and really I was just playing around with some pens. The original design was done in my art journal, and because I liked how it turned out, I decided to make a digital version.

Here’s A Story: The woman’s name is Val, and she is a goddess that follows rain clouds. When the rain clouds settle over homes/towns/cities, she comes down from the clouds and walks through the area, listening in on people and/or watching their movements (since she can’t read minds) to grant wishes. When she hears/sees a wish, or something similar to a wish, she grants it. Though doesn’t completely give the wishful desire. She only gives part of it, and it is up to the person to fulfill the whole wish.
